Is it a bad idea to replace a separate tub and shower with a nice whirlpool tub with a shower in it? - whirlpool tub shower

I have recently moved into a house with one bathroom 5 rooms. The problem is that the shower is very small. I 6 '4 "tall and can barely turn around in the shower. My wife tells me, because they dry in the bathroom and water dripping everywhere, but I have no other choice.
