I am still very swollen. And for some years. Since 14 ..... Every time I got my first period when it has nothing to do with it? If I eat nothing all day, my stomach is pretty flat. (Oh, and I do not eat because I was sick), but to eat even if a small piece of food is huge! Sometimes so much that I keep to my stomach because it hurts to be so big! Feeling tense. Keep your stomach, only to flat it look that way. How can I prevent the swelling? Someone else has this problem?

Eating certain foods can be a part of the problem. Some people have this problem if you eat what is in it with yeast (the yeast is often found in bread).
