It depends on your level of activity ... If you really say sports and sweat a lot, that the tag ID Othr Evry, Evry day .... or if its probly Tho that every 2-3 days

Okay, I love wholeheartedly. I only use TRESemme. The best results from your hair would be every day. If you always shampoo and conditioner 3 times a week, or always the shampoo and conditioner

Treat treat him like any other shampoo and conditioner. And here's a suggestion. If you just rinse with cold water .. last time Locks moisture ..

SAMEAS others that most people wash their hair every two days. If you are a man with short hair every 2 days should be good too.
